TJ Valve for Abrasive Service
- TJ’s Fly Ash material delivery valve has simple
construction and mainly consists of cylinder and
valve body. - Specialized in handling fly ash.
- As valve plate and valve seat incorporate highly
abrasion resistant materials which are subjected to special heat treatment, minimum lifetime of the valve can be one year. - Valve plate can have free rotation while
reciprocating so that surface of valve plate can receive even abrasion. Hence, longer operation can proceed without any maintenance. - Inlet and outlet of Ash and Slag Material delivery
valve are mutually interchangeable so that
installation is easy
